Shipping: Our standard is to ship within 2 business days of order receipt (or sooner). |

Gifts: If you would like to include a gift message on the packing slip, indicate this when you check out under "Special instructions," and let us know what message you'd like us to print. We do not include prices on our tags or packing slips. |

Partnership with our independent boutiques: We encourage shoppers to purchase from one of our wonderful independent boutiques before buying from us directly. Items purchased on our site may be shipped from one of these stores. If we are out of an item that you are looking for, please contact us and we will attempt to locate it at our partner stores. |

Returns/Exchanges: We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange any items, you may do so for a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days of purchase, as long as items are in saleable condition and have not been washed, worn, or damaged. After 30 days, items may be returned for store credit only. Sale items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, purchases of sale items are final.
